Did you guys know that Ben Kweller and I were Best Friends in 2004? Nothing could tear us apart except the flash going off on this polaroid. Also, later that week he wore that leather jacket to a performance on Conan, and I literally got excited through association. Still do.

Lucky day!! I get to be one of those people that flashes their phone for their boarding pass on my flight home. As much as I want to say its because I want to be environmentally friendly; I think we all know that I just do it because I like pretending that I live in the future.
Hands: A technique in photography.
I always like to have my hands near myface when I take a picture. Some say this is a bad habit, little do they know it’s art. In other delusional news, I miss my baby niece/second cousin. She was a tiny badass.I bought myself a pick-me up gift this afternoon at Bed Bath and Beyond (BBB). I like that this could be used as a prop and also as something to wear…when one feels fancy or Midwestern-y.
Day 10 of the detox…yes I’m still on it, kinda. I ate processed food yesterday and my body freaked out..and then my stomach wanted to kill me. Message received, body of mine. You are a freaking pusssy who can’t handle half a turkey club sandwich, some fries, and a beer — and it wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be. I wanted it to change my life because I was breaking 10 days of a commitment but it was just a sandwich and ale. I sometimes expect a lot of food — I’m dealing with it.
Tomorrow I become an AT&T customer after six years with Verizon — because I wanna drop all my calls. All the time.

I took this with the shutter opened for about five or six seconds on a self timer. We were losing light fast as it was already 6pm and we shouldnt have had light anyway. It always makes me a little sad that some of my favorite pictures are the ones that are blurry but maybe if they were sharp, I wouldn’t like them as much. Yadda yadda yadda.
