I saw Irene from the Real World: Seattle this weekend at DCM and it was by far my favorite “celebrity” sighting that I’ve ever had. I literally was whispering to my friend Cory, OMG ITS IRENE FROM THE REAL WORLD as she was saying “Hi, I’m Irene” to another friend and we said Irene at the same time. Trippy.  This really encapsulates everything I also feel about how the Real World was growing up and in junior high/high school. Perf.

PS. I once read that Gywenth Paltrow ran into Piggy from Road Rules in a restaurant in NYC and totally spazzed out and that always made me like her.
